Here’s something I’ve been doing recently that you might find useful too. I’ve been collecting lots (500+) images of architectural photography using Pinterest and then grouping them by types of composition. I think of it as a pattern language of architectural photography and the aim is to find rules of thumb to use in future posts on composition. Below I’ve listed out all the main boards in a logical format. I find this very handy when talking to clients about possible shots and it’s also good for inspiration.
